Lavrion is a pleasant town that seems to have been spruced up quite a lot in recent years. While well off the tourist trail - most travellers on pass through to catch a ferry - it is a nice place to chill and relax. There a lots of nice cafes and restaurants serving authentic food. You won't find any "tourist menu" posted outside.
