A good stopover for this part of the Mani; great for a swim (and a vigorous hike up the cliffside). Lots of bars and restaurants. Tiny place, rapidly gentrifying. Seems to be a typical very small traditional Mani seaside village, with a small pebble beach; a few decent restaurants and a well provisioned store. Handy for touring the southernmost parts of the Mani Peninsula. There looks to be quite a lot of development starting up. This small, only 5 rooms, hotel is beautifully built and designed. All the rooms have kitchenettes, so long stays would be ultra comfortable. Our room had a huge patio that opened out to the sea. The lighting at night around the hotel, area, and on the mountain across the harbor was magical. I wish I could figure out how to upload some of my photos. Yerolimin is right down South in the Deep Mani - the countryside is wild and rugged and there is not much to do other than swim in the beautiful sea or walk in the mountains which we love. GREAT STAY and CONGRATULATION FOR THE TEAM HONNESTY The village and the area are great, there are many sites and wild beaches to discover.et bravo pour l'honnété de l'équipe. We had a great room with terrace in front of the sea. The hotel has a direct sea access with a small beach equiped with deck chairs and parasols. On top of that we want to thank the whole team for their honnesty, my wife had forgotten a necklace and they found it and send it back to us by postal mail to France. Right off the parking lot, which gets busy during the day from day trippers who come for the beach. Only downside is that it's on the ground floor right off the street. Gerolimenas gets quite at night, which is ideal if you want to have a laid-back vacation.
