We had a really lovely week with our 9 month old baby in a junior suite (with pool). The room was lovely, and worked perfectly for us with a baby, allowing us to relax during her naps. The main pool area is gorgeous too. The food was excellent, at the time of our stay it was a buffet but we were told they are going back to à la carte. The complimentary massage was a very nice extra and we rated the spa highly. The location is great, on the edge of Elounda. We walked in to the town which is doable along a lane (unlit) but easier when not baking hot. Taxis are easy and affordable. The hotel private beach is lovely and the shuttle to get there works extremely well. The staff are a true asset to this hotel. They really go above and beyond are are so so friendly and kind. They made us so welcome and were exceptionally lovely to our baby. Special mention to the guys running the breakfast, dinner and bar! A further special mention to Athina running the kids club who was wonderful! All in all: a gorgeous and calm boutique-y all inclusive hotel/villas and we would certainly return.

This is the second time we have stayed at Naiades Marina Hotel. This time it was our wending anniversary so we went for a room with a SPA. The SPA was positioned on a private balcony and was ideal. Monique was very helpful helping sort out some flowers and the other decorations they provided in the room were really good.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left Michalis Oksana and their team went above and beyond to make sure that every minute of our stay was as pleasurable as possible. I normally don't leave reviews but on this occasion I felt compelled to due to the excellence of the Naiade's team. Well done and keep up the good work. You will definitely be seeing us again.
