Amazing new property located at a very convenient and quiet part of the island. Clean room with all the necessary amenities. The owner is extremely friendly and was always available. Breakfast is exactly what you need before going to the beach. The communal terrace is ideal to enjoy your morning coffee or to relax in the afternoon. Great hospitality. Will definitely come back when visiting Spetses again. Definitely recommend!

A new and well maintained place with lots of thought on small details. Everything is in style and the staff is charming and helpful in everything. We missed the return ferry and needed a few more hours in the room, and they helped us without any compensation. The hotel is within walking distance of a lovely beach. Highly recommended

    For those who love solitude with nature, this is a great place. Breathtaking views, representatives of fauna and flora, clean air, hospitable hosts, cozy and beautiful house. We arrived by car, everything was close to us, beaches, shops, and various places for walking.
