Amazing value for money. Staff were superb and we got upgraded for free to a sea view room. waking up to that view every night was stunning! Restaurants were really good as well and they have a lovely sky lounge on the roof. Had a great day at the beach down below. Will come again!

It’s beautifully charming, the photos on this site don’t do it justice . The grounds of the hotel , flower beds , how the hotel is furnished it’s just absolutely lovely. The standard of cleanliness is outstanding ; there was never a time in our whole stay when we questioned the cleanliness , or didn’t feel like we weren’t getting what we paid for . The same goes for the food, it was always plentiful and absolutely delicious. The staff are all lovely , welcoming and so helpful . I have to say especially the two female receptionists who make it seem like nothing you ask for is a problem . It genuinely felt like during our stay that we were home from home , it made the stay so relaxing , and we found it very difficult to leave .

The view is amazing. The planes landing and taking off above the sea are worth watching. I really liked the idea of breakfast in a basket. The food was quite diversified. We always ate in the balcony and we loved it. Cleaning is done everyday. They always left us something sweet. You can make coffee in your room, as it is equipped as such. Any problem we had, Athena, the host, solved it. She was really really kind and mentioned that she wanted us to “leave happy from here”. The location is relatively close to Benitses, a village with many shops, markets and restaurants. And of course, the beach. The property is near the bus station that takes you either to Corfu town, either to Benitses.

I had an incredible stay at Ray Hotel Corfu! I had the pleasure of staying both in a room with a stunning sea view and another with a private pool – both were amazing experiences.     During the 80s when I worked there, it had a bit of a...

    During the 80s when I worked there, it had a bit of a reputation as a Party Place, but totally different now, and quite sophisticated in the centre, with great restaurants and shops. The beaches are very fine shingle. There is a lot of traffic going through so care needed when not on a pavement. The southern end still looks a bit run down, but it seems they are gradually moving the quality that way. The old village is gorgeous and full of character.

    Small, place with plenty of restaurants and shops. Restaurants generally offer good value for money, with wide variety of dishes to satisfy everybody's taste. The beaches are nice and clean. The place does not offer rich night life for young people who want to go clubbing.

    Well i had not been to Benitses for over 42 years ,and it was a bit of a shock ! The town looks run down and the beaches are not very good ,too much traffic drives by to get any peace on the beach . The roads are dangerous and busy ,lack of pavements .The old town is better with nice places to eat and drink ,night time is best The restaurant called the Olive was lovely ,the ambiance was relaxing and the food was delicious. There is a good bus service if you want to get about,you can buy bus tickets from some shops .it make it a lot easier. The town just needs a good over hall and money investments ,but that's a government thing !

    Easy to get there using public transport, good spot to stay if you want to explore the entire island. And enough to do at night as well if you don't want to travel after dark. Without it being one of the party cities.

    The beach in Benitses is small and pebbly, not sandy.

    The beach in Benitses is small and pebbly, not sandy. It offers both equipped areas with sunbeds and umbrellas (two sunbeds and one umbrella cost €12 per day) and free sections. There are showers and toilets available free of charge. The beach is also accessible for people with reduced mobility. Just cross the road and you have shops and services within easy reach. We stayed right in Benitses, and on the days when we didn’t feel like exploring by scooter, we remained there and enjoyed some lovely, relaxing days by the sea.

    Friendliness of the people.Found it a bit more expensive than other resorts in Corfu and Greece.Close to Corfu town and the airport .Giros were fab.Liked the church welcome and bread during the festival.

    We stayed at Gardelis Gardens in Benitses, Corfu for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and surrounded by greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Its location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach. Melanie, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, always available for anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

    The studio's location is very good. It's in a quiet neighbourhood in Benitses, 5 minutes walk away from the beach, restaurants, bars, and cafes of the area. Corfu centre is a 25-minute drive away. The owner was very polite. Also the price is very good considering the location, and the prices of other properties in the area and how quiet it is. Our beds were made daily for the three days that we stayed there. Also, on the plus side, good air-conditioning and fridge.

    The apartment was really great. We had every necessary tool during our stay. The sea view is amazing! The owners are really kind and helpful. The beach is very close and also the small town of Benitses could be reached on foot in a couple of minutes. If you need you can reach Corfu Town with only one bus line, so the transportation is also great. All in all it was a real great holiday and we absolutely recommend this apartment for stay!

    Lovely hotel with incredible views in a quiet, chilled location just down the road from the small town of Benitses. The hosts were so friendly and very accommodating - finding a room for us after easyJet cancelled our flight without notice. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Corfu!
