Relaxing town on the coast of Naxos, good restaurants close by, all walkable. Plenty of options for beach bars and sun loungers. Definitely quiet in the off season and everything starts to close from the start of October. Not easy to get to and from the port if you don't hire a car (bus not super reliable, 20 Euros for a taxi but some try to charge more). This isn't a problem if you just want to rest by the beach for the week but probably more ideal for those looking to hire a car and explore the island as well.Guest review byFelicityAustralia - 10.0

fabulous beach resort close to Naxos town and port. The beach is very clean with crystal clear waters. You can rent sun beds from the beach bars and there are plenty of beach bars and restaurants to relax in. The swimming is very safe with a gentle slope into the water, it's a really lovely sandy beach, and a great spot to watch the sun set over Paros. There are also lots of boutique shops, a couple of small supermarkets, and a couple of lovely ice cream parlours as well. I’d say 3 days is enough time here.
I’d say 3 days is enough time here. We stayed where we were as it’s close to the beach and amenities, we didn’t travel elsewhere as it was 25 euro each way in a taxi to the port. We did want to get a quad bike but forgot a listener. Id recommend a few days here and also going to another island and a few days in Athens too. I think the best beach in Naxos.
I think the best beach in Naxos. There is a great variety of services available for all budgets. Whoever wants to be close to the beach/beach bars etc and the city of Naxos, Agios Prokopios is a place to consider. Car parking is not that easy. We easily caught the bus to Naxos centre & back, & the staff organised a taxi for us to get to the port on our final day. Bed was comfortable. Aircon was very efficient. No mosquitos if you keep the doors shut plus there was a mosquito screen. The bus into Naxos town took 15 minutes and stops right outside so it works well.
