I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was not only spacious but also had a fantastic view of the beach and sea that I enjoyed waking up to every morning. They offer a great breakfast in a terrace with that same view of the beach. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway.

The place was absolutely beautiful. The design aesthetic of the rooms and the rest of the property was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing each morning. We also loved the staff. they were so friendly and helpful. They have us suggestions on wineries and a boat trip. If you want a relaxing, luxurious place, stay here.

We liked everything! We are here for the second time and everything is better! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable as if it were a hotel with **** or *****. The breakfast is correct and is served in an adorable part of the hotel, and I would especially like to praise the kind staff who serve breakfast. Across the road is the phenomenal restaurant Yammas where you can enjoy a delicious dinner with a view of the sea. And what is perhaps the biggest plus is the position of the hotel, because it is located above Psaromoura, perhaps the most beautiful beach in this area.

Attitude of the stuff is amazing. They will always help you. The food is very helthy and every day there is something new and old. Thats a good combination because they dont waste food. Just some people are leaving full plates... Anyway an amazing stay. There is a shuttle bus to the city center and you can chill on suburbs near to beautiful clifs. For this price they have exceeded our expectations :)

The appartment was super clean (thnx to Tatiana 💙💛). They cleaned the rooms daily, they changed the bedsheets and towels. The staff ( the receptionist was very lovely and helped us book a taxi for the airport) were super friendly and helpful. There is also a pool that is open from 8 am to 8 pm). There is a bar downstairs in case you want to have breakfast or to simply have a coffee in the morning. The view is breathtaking. The location was great (5 min from the beach by walking). The bus station that goes to heraklion is also infront of the structure. Everything was great. I higly recommend!!!

    The hotel complex is well laid out.

    The hotel complex is well laid out. Although set in a hill there are plenty of lifts if you don't like using stairs. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Bathrooms are modern and clean. It's a great place to just relax by the pool by the bar or on your balcony. It's north facing so full sun in the morning. There is a good gym and a beauty spa. The evening entertainment is varied and of a good standard. A lot of the shows are held in an open air ampitheatre ideal for a summers evening. There is a regular bus run by the hotel down to the local beach which is helpful as the road down is steep and narrow. The restaurant is excellent. The choice and quality of food is outstanding and delicious. The staff are helpful and always have a smile on their faces. If you like an all inclusive holiday where you can laze around be active then this is highly recommended.

    Food was outstanding, their for 10 days and ever meal I had was different, yes you could have the same things if you wanted to but I like to try different foods so this was great, also the desserts were delicious everyday something different, hats off to the chef.

    An absolutely stunning place!

    An absolutely stunning place! The lovely views and the beautiful, thoughtfully laid out architecture and grounds drew us in. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is right here. The hosts are super welcoming and helpful. We can’t wait to return next May!

    I liked the sea - we were in October and the weather was perfect. We took a boat for self boating - no license is required and it was great. We had a very good sea experience, swimming, free diving (snorkel) and jumping from the boat... we could see a sea turtle and flying fishes... we mostly cooked our own food in the villa. We drove to visit Chania and Heraklion.

    The beach and the waters are not bad.

    The beach and the waters are not bad. Everything else unfortunately is: getting there, inadequate road signs and parking space, the village and the roads are a total mess. The cafes and bars reach almost to the water, over the sandy beach, which is unacceptable.. Too much tourism, too little space..

    The beach and main area is beautiful, stunning beach with lots of water activities and little shops and bars. Perfect to break up your holiday from sitting by the pool. 30 mins from the airport so good transfer times.

    Large rooms, swimming pool in hotel, VERY friendly and helpful hosts, traditional Greek simple breakfast (omelette, yoghurt with honey, tea, coffe, bread, marmalade, fresh orange juice), close to main beach, good location for walks through other interesting places and beaches, bus stop near 5min (use bus to out of the blue hotel from Heraklion), rooms cleaned every 2 days, towels included. Recommend to take quad safari after 6pm and (only sand) beach in Bali

    We stayed for over a week at Keramos in April and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was functional and provided an excellent home base to explore Agia Pelagia and further afield across Crete. Although not luxurious the place offers very good value for money, clean and quiet… George was very welcoming, full of good suggestions for local food and I would recommend the home made Raki!!

    We were in Crete for a week. During this time, we stayed at FnK Apartments. Froso and Konstantinos were super friendly and amazing hosts for us. They were always ready to help if we had questions or needs of any sort. The apartment itself has a beautiful view of Agia Pelagia and the surrounding bays (and even the beautiful sunrise). We can only recommend FnK Apartments!!

    The place is nice and quiet - Katerina our host is full of attentions doing her very best to make us feel welcome and at home. The place is quiet and is a great starting point to visit Knossos and Heraklion. This was a very enjoyable stay, what a great way to start our visit of Crete.

    The apartments were spacious and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The beach was 25m from the hotel. The beach had lots of places to eat as well as supermarket. The staff were extremely helpful. We definitely stay here again.
