The best hotel crew you could dream of! We stayed at Lamala for three nights and had the very best hotel experience during our Georgia trip. The location at the bottom of the valley at the foot of the mountain is absolutely outstanding. At Lamala you will meet the warmest, kindest and most helpful host and staff you could ever dream of. Every room has it’s own balcony and is nice and clean. The hotel has the cutest dogs who will follow you on your hike, if you like some company. What an amazing accommodation in the mountains! The host is super friendly, nice and helpful. Plus speaks very good English (which is very rare in Georgia). The hotel is very neat, rooms are comfortable and spacious. We even got a heater in the room. There is a fireplace, great mountains view, very calm and secluded location.

Unique place, highly recommend! Both location and people, very homey real farmer life with all the comforts and quality standards you need. The home cooked food both breakfast and diner exceeded expectations. They were so kind to take into account dietary restrictions, we used google translate ;) Breathtaking views from the balcony you feel like youre in the clouds, right across mountain peeks with some snow in summer.
