Apartment was modern, spacious and clean. We were greeted by the owner. The location is about 20 minutes from restaurant and market. In front of the house there is place to.park your car. Bathroom is outside of the aparment but on the same level just behind the doors.

Larisa, Jambul, and their wonderful family welcomed us so warmly that it felt like visiting old friends. The service was outstanding, and the hospitality unforgettable. Make sure to try the food – absolutely everything on the menu! It’s homemade, prepared with love, and incredibly delicious. After experiencing their cuisine, nothing in Batumi restaurants compared. Every time we ate elsewhere, we found ourselves missing the meals from this hotel – it was simply unforgettable. Jambul was always very friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. There wasn’t a single negative moment during our stay. We truly relaxed, enjoyed the weather, the peaceful atmosphere, and the genuine warmth of this place. The presence of cows and goats on the property added a charming touch – the animals were friendly, and spending time with them was a joy. The hotel’s photo zones deserve a special mention – every detail is thoughtfully designed, clearly showing how much love and care the owners put into this place. This was the most wonderful place we’ve ever stayed at in Georgia. Thank you to everyone who works there and puts their heart into making it so special. It was awesome time during living in the Ambassadori. The room was great. The service was like in Dubai. Everyone from the staff perspective provided solid quality of the service. Separately, i wanna highlight 2 person which provided huge service: 1. Tornike from the rent of the ski equipment. 2. Demetre from the reception. This 2 guys made my family vacation deeply comfortable. One case: when i have requested glasses, for wine, i was asked: for red or white. In 5 minutes everything was on my table. There are only warm feelings about the Ambassadori. Feel, that we will come back.

    Not much to see in the town, but it's a good base for...

    Not much to see in the town, but it's a good base for exploring upper Adjara. We were there in March, which had snow and rain, so perhaps it's more charming in the summer months. Plenty of basic services in town as well.

    Khulo is amazing place to wander around the town in the nature. You may find breath-taking mountain views, cozy small mountain lakes, powerful waterfalls. And you don't have to go far away from the city to join the nature. Unfortunately, this year (2024) one of the sightseeing - cableway, it not working because of technical troubles. But still you may find plenty of hiking routes to visit to.

    the road to the ski resort was bumpy and no enough road...

    the road to the ski resort was bumpy and no enough road signs, but the hotel was really helpful at so many things, they did all the could to provide us our needs, especially with the sudden antibiotics medication for my child and the steel for the tires, since our car is not snow proof. Although the ski season is not yet opened, but the scenery was really good after the snow fell. The hotel could improve the pillow and also do something about the barking dogs at night. Overall, the hotel location for the ski site and cable car is perfect. I really recommend this hotel.
