The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm.

This is a unique and beautiful location. A true Caribbean experience. Not for those seeking to dance through the night, party on the beach or show themselves off. It is a quiet escape from all that. The food is fabulous, full of locally grown fresh produce, with inventive menus; the staff, everyone of them, are helpful, kind and thoughtful; the room we had, on the beach, was basic but had everything we needed, plenty of space, a very comfortable bed and a gorgeous view. The terrace furniture was comfortable and the people who cleaned each day couldn’t have been more efficient. The owner is clearly a very attentive and clever owner, recruiting a great staff and keeping them happy.

A comfortable, private place with lush surroundings. Great value. Appreciated the small touches such as a variety of available toiletries. Marcus and son, Alex were lovely hosts. If you want to be in a little paradise, with stunning ocean and nature views, EXTREMELY helpful staff, and a more or less private beach, then this is for you. Food was also really good.
