The owner is a lovely man which we really enjoyed have a chat with! The location of the property is amazing, very quite, lovely view and very close (within walking distance) from train station and amenities. The property itself is a gem, outstanding furniture's and facilities. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, super clean, and comfortable with a good-sized private bathroom. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room and you can also use the guests' lounge where you will find a kitchen and a washing machine . Rooms are on the ground floor with a private entrance. Even though the property is right at the exit of the motorway, you won't hear anything. It's really quiet! Parking on site in front of the room entrance. Breakfast is cooked to your preference, and the hosts are extremely welcoming and pleasant! The guesthouse is situated literally at the exit of the motorway. Make sure to drive slowly not to miss the turn! We only spent 1 night here as we were flying out on the next day. The location was really convenient for us, only 30 minutes from the airport. Really good deal in the area! Highly recommended!

    There is nothing to see in Whitburn. It is rundown.

    There is nothing to see in Whitburn. It is rundown. Lots of fish and chip shops! There are no decent restaurants close by. The Best Western Hillcroft is supposed to have a good restaurant I found the food awful there. The bar is nice and the staff are friendly. There is nothing to do in Whitburn.

    Lovely wee town and we traveled from Belfast Northern Ireland for 4 days to visit my daughter who's living there now absolutely loved it beautiful place and handy with the buses to get to and from lots of places even to the train station would definitely recommend a home from home feel and less busier than main city's

    All the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. We are in the hotel one night and had breakfast both mornings of our stay and the food was lovely. We were spending time in Falkirk and Edinburgh during our stay and the location of the hotel was perfect for getting to and from each.

    The hotel was clean, fresh and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.the room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast during our stay and both were very nice. We will definitely stay here again.
