I am still under a pleasant impression of my stay at the hotel. It is a beautiful building, which is 150 years old. We were checked in a little early, which was nice. The separate lobby and restaurants are beautiful, and the rooms are modern and tasteful. Very nice and polite staff at the reception and restaurants. A pleasant atmosphere with peacocks is created outside. The food was very tasty, especially the steak. We were allowed to order from the restaurant when we were sitting at the bar, because you need to book dinner in advance. But the desserts were very mediocre. The only thing I didn’t like was that we couldn’t book a massage at the spa even a few days in advance.

What a lovely little place this is. Close to warner bros harry potter and only 30 minutes into london (5 min walk to the station) the staff were very accommodating i had a great stay!

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, and we were pleased with our stay. The room was clean, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated their assistance with our luggage. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the airport. We were able to quickly and easily get to the airport for our flight the next morning.
