    An excellent base for exploring places such as Haworth and...

    An excellent base for exploring places such as Haworth and Skipton plus we had a great time at the local driving range just down the road. A supermarket if just 6 minutes away and it's easy to deliver everything straight to the front door from a coffee to a curry. The local pub is a sun trap in the early evening and the staff are really friendly! Over all, Esholt is a gorgeous village with everything else that you might want just a short drive away.

    Shipley is well connected for cheap travel by train or bus.

    Shipley is well connected for cheap travel by train or bus. There are regular trains to Leeds, Bradford, Saltaire, Ilkley etc. There are towpath walks along the Canal (or river Aire) to Saltaire which is well worth a visit. We walked all the way to Keighley and then got a train back.
