The hotel was excellent and the staff very efficient and obliging. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. The food was very good. It was a short walk into the centre and there were car parks nearby. On the whole it was a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location and nice rooms. The staff was super welcoming to our dogs and us. We had a great vegan breakfast in the lobby in the company of our dogs. We would love to visit. Chester again. Great city, fabulous hotel 😁

The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and super friendly. From the second we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Very quirky hotel, rooms really comfortable with good facilities. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and the pancake maker was a huge hit with our son! Games and books in the lounge area and Sunday movie night, complete with popcorn, were a fantastic unexpected addition!

I had to go to the airport in Liverpool very early in the morning and this place was at a great location for that purpose - arrived at the airport in less than half an hour by car. The room was very comfy, also the restaurant was very nice for dinner. It was all very easy and the staff was very friendly. All very clean and welcoming. I got the room for a great price - way cheaper than everything comparable in the area.
