The hotel was excellent and the staff very efficient and obliging. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. The food was very good. It was a short walk into the centre and there were car parks nearby. On the whole it was a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location and nice rooms. The staff was super welcoming to our dogs and us. We had a great vegan breakfast in the lobby in the company of our dogs. We would love to visit. Chester again. Great city, fabulous hotel 😁

What a beautiful hotel. So close to everything and Tracy couldn't of been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, cosy and relaxing. I will definitely be back to Chester and will be staying here again!

Very comfortable room, nicely decorated and peaceful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in a few hours early even though they had warned us that might not be possible. The breakfast was excellent.

Lovely room with excellent sound insulation and comfortable bed. Everything provided (one small exception… magnifying mirror in bathroom for short-sighted people 😀). Nice reception, bar and breakfast area. Pleasant and helpful staff.

I had to go to the airport in Liverpool very early in the morning and this place was at a great location for that purpose - arrived at the airport in less than half an hour by car. The room was very comfy, also the restaurant was very nice for dinner. It was all very easy and the staff was very friendly. All very clean and welcoming. I got the room for a great price - way cheaper than everything comparable in the area.

    The Hotel is defo worth a stop-over.

    The Hotel is defo worth a stop-over. Whether you eat in Nelsons or The Palm Court the Food is excellent and `fits` all budgets . The Breakfast is `top-notch` and sets you up for the Day. All of the Staff seem happy, there`s a Good Morning to all, and all done with a nice smile. We`ll definitely be returning. Oh, well done to all. Looking forward to stopping over again.

    A very lovely hotel set in a little Cheshire village, a jewel in the beautiful countryside. A couple of Weddings were on the weekend we visited. A fantastic venue! Visit Chester, its a great Town.

    Great hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Both resuarants were of a night standard. Rooms were very clean seeing as it was pet friendly. Pool was nice although dressing rooms were a bit tired. The room was possibly haunted.

    Fantastic service from beginning to end. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities - the food was amazing as were the spa facilities and the cleanliness was second to none. I have already booked again. Fabulous weekend!

    Beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds.

    Beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds. Smart and opulent interior with grand fireplace and decor. Bedroom was large with clean fresh en-suite. Breakfast in the Palm Court was superb freshly prepared and plentiful. Excellent hotel and restaurant staff service.

    Great pet friendly hotel in good location.

    Great pet friendly hotel in good location. Comfy beds and nice rooms. Good spa facilities and nice bar for lunch and evening meal. Breakfast was a little limited as the food wasn’t refreshed but think this was due to a lack of staff. Check out was slow but there was an issue with other customers that caused the delay. Would stay again as fabulous for dogs.

    The hotel was really clean and modern. We came here as a stop over before our holiday in Wales and the hotel was so stylish and accommodating. The room was really stylish and had everything you need. We were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary and they gave us a plate of desserts with a celebration message. I used the fitness centre and pool- both brilliant. Would really recommend staying here. The staff were lovely and the food/breakfast was to a high standard

    Lovely little hotel . On a quiet country road 15 mins from Chester town centre. Rooms was lovely I booked the basic room but it had everything you need. Kettle with tea and coffee making facilities and iron and ironing board. No fridge . Rooms were compact but lovely. Lovely outdoor spaces. We had lovely food in Nelsons bar. Very nice staff. Car park was very busy as there was a wedding on but we managed to get a parking space.

    Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff who always go above and beyond. We were left birthday cakes and a card and complimentary upgraded on our room. This just made our stay 10x better! We love this hotel and have visited 8 times in the last 2 years. The spa is amazing very clean and great facilities.

    Third time I’ve stayed here in a year. I travel a lot for business and leisure and this is one of my favourite hotels in the UK. Beautiful hotel, rooms and facilities. Attentive and professional staff. Good quality food and drink. Exceptionally clean.
