Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at Pippin. The cottage was very clean and cosy with great facilities. We loved the local walks especially over the plains and we enjoyed watching the wildlife. The village of Martin is beautiful and within easy reach of Salisbury, Fordingbridge and the New Forest. Cathy, our host, was very welcoming with homemade cakes on arrival.

I must say that I rarely give 10, but this accomodation went well above my expectations. The price/service ratio is amazing compared to the nearby solutions. Breakfast included. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. Microwave and fridge provided in the room. Brand new looking furniture and bathroom. Very comfy mattress

Lovely Staff, Eve was exceptionally fab, Alan called with instructions for late check in, Breakfast was spot on with my team and I having an Egg Royal with Trout & Full English. An absolutely delightful breackfast to consume after a good night's sleep. Planning to be back as soon as possible and to try Lunch and Dinner this time around having met the two brilliant Chefs. I forget their names sadly. Big shout out to them though. Can't wait till next time.

We spent a single night at The Queen's Head, and we found it excellent. The room had everything we could ask for. It was spacious, comfortable, and it had an enormous bed. The fresh milk was great and the home baked cookies were sublime. The provided soaps smelled lovely and the provided ear buds were very thoughtful. Although the location was very peaceful and quiet during our stay. Dinner was great, and breakfast was wonderfully cooked. The coffee served during breakfast was one of the best during our entire holiday. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and we'd highly recommend giving The Queen's Head a visit.

I will look back on this little getaway very fondly! The surroundings were gorgeous, the location perfect for little daily trips - so much to see. A short drive from beaches and forests. Already dreaming about the next time we get to stay there.

The Dovecote is a lovely little cottage in a residence of other houses. The pictures are very truthful: a little patio in front to sit in the sun, a nice view on the meadow from the bedroom window, and all the peace and quiet you might want. The place is immaculate and very comfy. We didn't use the kitchen area much but it seems to have everything needed. The sofa & tv is perfect to hang out downstairs. The room upstairs is big, with an amazing comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Nearby, you have lots of pubs, some of which were recommended by the lovely owners via message. The keys are waiting for you in a box at the door so it's self check-in, but the owners are not far if you need them.

La Fosse was very welcoming yet unobtrusive, with a very friendly and warm feel. A lovely property, and great food - perfect for a couple of nights stay whilst I was attending a wedding. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area. Things were looking good from the moment I parked in the street, when 2 passing teenagers on their bikes said they’d heard it was a great place , and wished me a good stay.
