We cut our trip short - property Two Salford Beach Apartment - Trafford Rd was a crap hole - Property owners are CON artists. Robbed us of £298 - plus extras as we could not use toilet or beds as filthy dirty ( toilet broken - not attached - disabled person slipped of it and bruised knee ,and back . Should have been a family event stay - and ended up returning home after two nights. Been ill ever since - as the property was a health and safety minefield. Took 45 photos and sent 9 emails - Owners refused refund.

My 4th stay, great location and facilities. room is very clean. great value for money. I have stayed at diff budget hotels in Manchester City and found this is the best, given the price range and the distance so close to city centre. Staff were very helpful especially the new receptionist from Hong Kong (forgot to ask her name but she was at night shift on 11-12th) , she is so nice and attentive.

The hotel was in an excellent location - easy to get to most of the city centre and close to the railway station if you need it. We went for a graduation at the University of Manchester and it was within easy walking distance. The staff were excellent and very helpful, both with when I needed to extend just one room and in swapping the TV channel in the bar so we could watch the football!
