First time visiting the cove and we were not disappointed. Plenty of parking and some nice shops in the area, did get quite busy during the day but as we were staying in the Lulworth lodge we could head down to the beach later in the evening.Guest review byArry - 8.0

Lulwort Cove beach is pebbled with beautifully clean water. There are sauna facilities and a range of water sports available, allowing you to independently explore the stunning coastline or enjoy a boat trip to Durdle Door. Lulworth Cove is of course a famous beauty spot to visit.
Lulworth Cove is of course a famous beauty spot to visit. It does not disappoint. Access is by foot down a shortish downhill roadway to the beach with access by car not permitted in the high tourist season. Loved our hotel and the location. Food at the Limestone Hotel was amazing. Best we have had in our UK trip so far. Can’t beat the size and quality of our accommodation at the Limestone Hotel in such a lovely Inn/Hotel. I would rate it right up there with the best. Beach and walks so beautiful. Easy to walk around. Disliked the bus loads and hoards of day trip tourists. Next time I would avoid the bank holiday weekend. Good location in the quiet, lovely village of West Lulworth. Although it may look as if it's a bit of a climb from Lulworth Cove, it isn't really and there are pavement/footpaths all the way. It's perfectly placed for walkers of the inland route to Kimmeridge Bay. Our room was small but clean and modern, with a decent sized shower.
