Hame on Skye was a great spot!
Hame on Skye was a great spot! We were only there for one night, but the facility is spotless, and the Honor Bar was great! We sat in the living room and played cards while we drank our wine/scotch! Hame on Skye is the perfect place to explore the island. Its location means you have access to numerous sights. The host were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The real bonus was the quality of the food courtesy of JJ. It was way above what was expected. What an amazing place to explore!
What an amazing place to explore! We were there for two full days but really should have booked for longer. From the Old Man of Storr to Neist Point down to the Fairy Pools and Loch Coruisk - there is so much to see and explore! One amazing find for us was the Dunvegan Hotel restaurant!! What an unexpected surprise! The food is not your typical fare and it is amazing. The setting is lovely with a fireplace and a cozy feel to the dining area. The service is excellent! We luckily were able to book to go back for the very next evening which meant we got to try different things from the menus and get impressed all over again! The Dunvegan Hotel restaurant is truly a hidden gem!!Guest review byConnieCanada
