I had a fantastic time at Five Oaks B&B. The location is simply beautiful – tucked away in a peaceful, green setting yet just a short walk from the beach and New Quay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the surroundings are perfect for anyone who enjoys nature and tranquillity. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s clear they put real care into making guests feel at home. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with great hospitality and stunning scenery, this is the perfect spot.

A very warm welcome. Great location right on the harbour! Tastefully decorated and well appointed room. Delicious breakfast right across the road in the Hive. And a delicious ice-cream! Hope to return again soon.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Lovely rooms, very comfortable with a lovely terrace at the back. Great food in the bistro, will definately stay here again. Ideal for us as our family have a place nearly.

Location was worth the money alone! Fantastic views. Grateful to owners for accurate directions! The Pod was clean, warm, comfortable. The brekky pack of cereals, milk, butter, jams, plus usual tea/coffee was a nice welcoming touch. You’ll need to bring all other supplies as there is no village shop. Costcutters in Aberaeron had everything we needed. Good wi fi, tv & great shower. Close to beach or country lanes for walks. Harbour Master pub in Aberaeron is a must for a good meal. A very relaxing stay and highly recommended.

We could not expect better for our stay in Llanarth: Margaret and Caradog are charming. Rooms are incredibly cosy and comfortable. English breakfast is rich and our hosts did everything to suit our tastes. Everything was neat. We were delighted to stay with them, and would advice anyone to choose their place. Next time, we'll come during summer to enjoy the garden and the terrace! Thank you again

Fantastic, well equipped, exceptionally clean, spacious, and modern. The bed was so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Owners very helpful and friendly was centrally located for work. I would definitely recommend!

    Our base was just outside New Quay seaside town, a really lovely place. Very clean, lots of little places to eat and drink, not overrun with tacky souvenir shops like a lot of other places we have stopped at. The harbour beach was very sheltered with lovely clean soft sand.
