We were only there for a couple of days. But we found a couple of really nice places to eat. A small polish restaurant called Folklore House, if you love large portions this is the place for you. On this occasion, I was staying just one night (solo), in order to deliver a Workshop at the Aviva Bowls England National Finals. HOWEVER, my wife and I have stayed in Leamington on numerous occasions in the past and it is a really great place to base yourself for a holiday exploring the local countryside and tourist attractions. Within easy reach are Warwick and Coventry, along with other, ever-popular spots such as Shakespeare country, river trips on the Avon from Stratford (and other locations), etc., etc. There are numerous eateries in Leamington - from McDonalds and Wetherspoons to higher-end British, Asian, European and other cuisines. Our room had a full length sliding window overlooking the countryside. There were plenty of fluffy towels for our disposal and the shower was hot and constant.
