I love Irvine, the beach is beautiful and you have facilities there as well which is perfect, especially if you are taking children. I love the wee cafes along Harbour street but my favourite is Small Talk, love this cafe. The home baking is delicious! They also have a gluten free selection of cakes. There is plenty of choice for eating and drinking. All tastes are catered for with restaurants and take-aways as well as cafes and coffee shops. Therapies were excellent as were therapists. On site restaurant was good and saved any driving as the hotel is situated outside the main town and requires a car to get anywhere.
