The welcome as you arrive is fabulous 👌 The breakfast and choice of authentic Chinese cuisine in the evening is phenomenal 😋 Lixia and her family go out of their way to accommodate your every need and make you feel like one of t the family. The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable, I would highly recommend giving this lovely lady and beautiful building a visit.

Such a unique experience staying in a beautifully restored 600-year-old farmhouse B & B. Host/chef Robin is a fascinating person and we loved chatting with him. The meals we had (paid dinner and included breakfast) in front of the medieval fireplace were simply outstanding—the best we had in Wales. (Robin very kindly accommodated us for dinner when we had overlooked an email inviting us to preorder.)

Rich feeling rooms, nicely done up but still with historic feel. Amazing music room downstairs, felt like we were in Downton Abbey. They also gave us a free suite upgrade which was very nice.

Gorgeous location and very well set up to enjoy the outside area, but equally cosy in-doors. We really appreciated the TV set up. The surrounding countryside is breathtakingly beautiful.

Beautiful little Welsh village in the middle of the Welsh...

Beautiful little Welsh village in the middle of the Welsh hills. Beautiful mountain walks and clear water streams running through the valleys Machynlleth Is a 10 minute drive and Aberdovey and Tywyn a further 20 minutes along the coast. Perfect quiet location in a beautiful village pub with a superb host highly recommended.

Super, small country pub / hotel located in the Welsh valleys close to the 'Mach Loop', so if you like Top Gun, get ready!!! We were on a motorcycle tour so here for one night and there's safe, off road parking. Friendly place, great beer and village pub atmosphere. Comfortable and clean rooms, great staff and great brekkie. Highly recommended in fact I've booked it again for September

Excellent location, lovely hotel with wonderful staff, dinner was delicious as was breakfast. All staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
