checking process, was charged three parking's by mistake of the person trying to help me check-in as when I arrived there was no staff there and I was alone to try figure it out myself, also ordered room service and the web page said failed after two orders but charged my card each time so ended up paying 3 times for food but was issued refund at the bar but I had to go down and sort this out myself, also needed the physical card i used to get the refund which was annoying as nowadays everything is done virtually. We visit Bury regularly to see relatives.
We visit Bury regularly to see relatives. The surrounding area and parks are very good, scenery quite dramatic - bleak in places. A lot of history from the industrial revolution and textile mills. Enjoyed visiting the station and seeing the vintage trains, still being used. Lots of space in lounge to relax and good kitchen area - a bonus for self catering and buying fresh local produce from Bury Market. Very clean and communication with owner is good. Despite being on main road could not hear traffic from rear bedroom. 12 minute walk from Bury Interchange and 6 minute walk from large ASDA.
