We have just had a 1 night stay and was very pleased with the room and Hotel in general. Reception staff was very pleasant and informative. Our room was number 50 by the stairs it was large clean and warm perfect for a rainy wintery night. The hotel was very close to a venue we were attending so met perfectly with our needs. Breakfast was very good and hot! I am very particular when it comes to food being served, as most times it is served warm especially beans...this was a joy in itself, full marks to the Chef! All in all an enjoyable 1 night stay would definitely recommend

Staff of the hotel is awesome, always willing to help, they always told me everything i needed to know, helped me with calling for the taxi, on my wish they gave me another blankets to the room. The rooms are very comfortable, especially pillows and those blankets. Everything is clean and ready to use, They have very good blacktea in the room with a kettle. I am always travelling with my friend, we tried the smallest and even the biggest room, and they are all awesome, In the bigger one, with the sofa, even on that sofa you can sleep so comfortably. The pool, sanua and jacuzii are good to, usually there are not even that much people, so you can enjoy it.

The property is beautiful. Really charming with a lot of characteristics. I can imagine that the grounds are really amazing when the weather is nicer too. The room was cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The steak sandwich was lush!

Fantastic place to stay in Ashford. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Debbie is amazing person and also makes the best breakfast in the world. I can recommend it to everyone and if we come to Ashford again we can't imagine to stay anywhere else.

    Ashford Town is a complete dump it lets down Ashford.

    Ashford Town is a complete dump it lets down Ashford. It felt really depressing just walking through it.Hardly any shops in the town. The Ashford outlet is amazing but designer shops are not what everyone wants. Lovely parks around. Bowling is good. Shame the Ashford International is not open.

    Debbie is an excellent hostess - her breakfast spread is above par in presentation, taste and portions. She has a bubbly character and is generally very concerned with each guest's comfort during the stay and appetite at the breakfast table. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with snacks and toiletries. Should I need to be in the Ashford area, I will definite choose her B&B for the entire duration of my stay.

    We chose Ashford for its central location.

    We chose Ashford for its central location. From there it was an easy visit to Canterbury, Dover, Leeds and Hever Castles. The town of Ashford has a nice pedestrian city center, with good places to eat.

    The small village of Pluckley is charming and the local pub had good food and vibes. We especially liked the historic Dering Arms by the train station. Loved the little church and the lovely countryside. Would definitely recommend.

    Lovely place to stay especially if you are catching the Euro Tunnel as it is placed only 20 minutes away. Lovely grounds and brilliant staff. Only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay longer.

    I was visiting Ashford because I have family there.

    I was visiting Ashford because I have family there. It would not be my first choice for a vacation. There is nothing wrong with Ashford, but it lacks the charm and the attractions of many other towns. It does have good train and bus service, so in that way it is a convenient base to visit other places from. It's most notable feature is a large, attractive outlet mall that is popular with folks living in the region. It mosly has designer fashions, but also other shops such as kitchen wares, or toys, for example. There is also a food court and some restaurants.

    Very comfortable. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Perfect location for the designer outlet and where I was working. We usually stay in a hotel but will definitely look at this apartment again when we are in Ashford. The hosts were very helpful.
