We loved the house and garden - the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was in a great location - you can walk for something to eat\drink and easy travel to other villages, towns and cities such as Strasbourg. It also has a train station which saved us driving all the time. Lots of lovely walks and cycle paths. Nadine was the loveliest and best host - so friendly and helpful - she made our holiday better with her local knowledge of places to visit that we weren't aware of.

    To visit this small town it has something wonderful.

    To visit this small town it has something wonderful. Hotel Le Rosenmeer is really a lovely place to stay. The warm welcome they give is amazing. The environment and nature is very quite and you are in the Heart of the Alcase. What else you need....good food and lovely people well go and visit and let you surprise .....

    Clean private accommodation in the countryside above the garage next to the owners house. There was a small private terrace overlooking the owner's garden and vineyards. There was a microwave, small Fridge and kitchen equipment but we had to wash up the dishes in the bathroom. It was close to Rosheim where we hired e-bikes from the tourist office for a lovely bike ride through the vineyards. The owner Virginie spoke good English and was friendly and helpful. After seeing us lying on the terrace she has ordered sun-loungers.

    After booking we’ve been directly contacted by Carole to check if we need support with restaurants or something else. The hotel is a special place with nice comfortable rooms in an historic building. Very friendly and personal service by Carole.

    Very disappointed. We were less interested in the hotel itself but were looking forward to the diner. This was way below expectations. Wine list with very high priced wines not at all in relation to the level of the diner.
