It's an amazing old house refurbished to modern standards in a beautiful village in the hills. The view is breathtaking. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are unique and cosy, the lounge is comfortable and the "balcon" is really a special treat. The village itself is worth the trip, but there are plenty of other attractions in the area for nature and history lovers. If ever go back to the area will definitely book this place!

Very comfortable beds. Large bedrooms with high ceilings. Hosts were very welcoming, with a friendly dog that the kids loved ! We had a very peaceful night, No noise from anywhere, but our room was at the back. Not sure how many rooms are at the front and hence nearer the main road.

    The hotel looks traditional from the outside and even the hallway. So it was delight to get into the bedroom to find that it and the en-suite are totally modernised. Large comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Nespresso coffee machine. The host pointed us to the lift so we didn't even need to climb the stairs. If we pass this way again, it would be the place we would choose.

    Probably the best hotel I have stayed in - lovely family running it, wonderful old room, simply delicious dinner cooked for us (I am vegetarian and I have never had such a fine meal anywhere in France), and a fabulous homemade breakfast with everything, requested by us unreasonably early in the morning. A fine, great value experience.

    Extra clean, was able to arrive a bit early to look about town before a nap - and a very generous selection of fruits and breads plus for breakfast. The host also very generously, gave us a ride to Castres this morning when the train from Mazamet was cancelled. Super generous of him.
