Very polite staff, friendly people, very good transportation to the centre of the city , quiet neighbourhood, clean, they changed the towels every day. They insisted on keeping the room tight and clean They were also very distinctive while being present at the same time. Very good wi-fi signal. You can work as long as you want on your lap top. I asked them twice to print something for me and they did it for free. Any question I had about the city they were willing to help me immediately. They had a smile always on their face. Thank you so much for helping me during my staying and my exams at the University. Maria

Good location, 20 mins from city centre and 5 mins from supermarket. The pool was lovely and a god send in the heat. No air con but fans in each of the bedrooms. Only negatives were that the beds weren’t that comfortable, no shower screen so had to sit in the bath to was with the shower head and no toaster. However, really friendly owners and great value for money!

    A very nice apartment with excellent facilities, and ideal...

    A very nice apartment with excellent facilities, and ideal for a couple or lone traveller. Located in a pleasant neighbourhood, and close to some local stores. Nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk with frequent services to the main rail station (less than 10 minutes journey time) and to the city centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay- Bordeaux is a beautiful city and there is much for the visitor to enjoy. Fabrice is a friendly and helpful host, and his excellent English made communication very easy.

    Hotel was great. Early check in at 12, and check out at 12 was fantastic. Beds were comfy. Aircon worked really well. Location was easily accessible to bus and trams. the train station was about 18mins from hotel. You could also walk to the train station, it was about 15-20min walk. Breakfast was included in our room price. Breakfast was basic, it was from 7-10, but on our last morning we were down around 9.20 and were told they weren’t replenishing the breakfast buffet, which was very disappointing.

    The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, including many gluten-free choices. The room, while basic, was functional and met the essential needs for a comfortable stay.

    We stayed for a rugby-world-cup weekend and it's ideal as it has the tram is outside the door. Hotel was clean and there's a small number of bars, restaurants etc. close by, but with fast and easy access to the centre of Bordeaux it's advisable to travel there for a far greater choice. Rooms are basic, clean, spacious for a budget hotel and beds are comfortable.

    The hotel was modern, impeccably clean, rooms very comfortable & quiet. The staff were so helpful & kind. It was also great to have free & secure parking. We'll definitely stay there again if we visit again & will recommend it to family & friends!

    That was unplanned stay but room was quiet and clean. AC worked good. Grate advantage i tram stop just in front the hotel so you can literally be in the city center or railway station in a few minutes. I did not have breakfast.
