The village of Quéntar is absolutely charming! And the hostel is a beautiful relaxing oasis, with the most friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the little house which was a cute little house about ten mins walk from the main hostel. We really felt like we got the local experience here, nestled in amongst the other little houses, with friendly neighbors who were always up for a chat with us (luckily my boyfriend had picked up Spanish pretty well!). The house was cosy and super ergonomic for its size, with an amazing view from the bedroom balcony on the top floor. Though we didn’t spend much time at the main hostel, it was also a very lovely homely space, perfect if you’re looking for a relaxed getaway from the city. The garden with the pool was a very serene little oasis. 100% recommend and only wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we will return one day!!

Staff are very pleasant and helpful, allowed us to check in early, nothing is too much trouble. Beds are super comfortable and rooms basic and cosy, well equipped with lots of hot water. Views from the terrace are amazing! Restaurant is very pleasant with a great breakfast and plenty of variety. Lunch and evening meal menus are nice and great prices. Overall a great budget place, independent place to stay, close to the ski station with plenty of parking too. We will definitely stay again and really feel that we have found a little gem . A nice break from staying in hotels in busy areas. This cabin was comfortable and quiet. Santiago was very friendly and helpful. We slept so well both nights we were here. The location is beautiful; outside of the very busy Granada but close enough to see the Alhambra and other sights. We had a rental car and were able to park it on site. Would definitely recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was great, all on one level, immaculately clean and in a great location. Bed was very comfortable, bed linen and towels were fresh. The garden area and front of the house was perfect for us with our dogs.

    When there is only one hotel option in town you don’t expect a lot. With that in mind the Quéntar hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and it had a nice little balcony and also a fantastic bathtub. (Room 105). I thought that it was great value for the money. For two tired pilgrims on the Mozarabe it was a great find!

    Hotel in the middle of the village. We were walking a camino and hotel is located right on the trail next to two bar/restaurants. Perfect for our requirements.
