    Great place to stay.

    Great place to stay. Large rooms with lovely view of the city and next to the mall that was very convenient. Didn't like that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in yhe rooms. Also no ironing facilities in yhe room but you can request from reception. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay there again.

    Fuenlabrada, is a relaxed and calm, leafy. safe residential area, with very light traffic. There are a few local traditional bar / restaurants to choose from, but not a buzzy nightlife. An easy 30 min train or metro ride to the town centre for traditional night life instead. Overall a good place to relax and good value compared to the centre of Madrid.

    Lovely hotel that exceeded my expectations.

    Lovely hotel that exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff who communicated in English. They made us feel welcome and facilitated us during the evening meal options. Thank you very much to Lawris especially.

    It is a good 4 star hotel in the middle of a very busy...

    It is a good 4 star hotel in the middle of a very busy Madrid suburb. If driving there I would recommend making sure that you know where the car park entrance and then the hotel's dedicated car parking spaces are. We only stayed one night so did not sample the local area.

    The staff was really friendly. My room was well cleaned and very confortable, also it was very big. The breakfast was good and the restaurant was open for dinner as well. The hotel is located on an avenue and it is easy to access. The room had a bathtub with hydro-massage jets, and it worked well. The price was good for the region. I liked my stay.

    Cheap hotel that does what's needed. There was no Iron, but upon request, staff did send one over. 10mins from station, and 20min train journey to Madrid. Cleaners are great and friendly Reception staff speak both English and Spanish

    All was well! Nice, clean, priceworthy hotel, excellent breakfast. Madrid city center can be reached in 20 minutes by train, which stops at 150m from the hotel. Shopping mall just at the neighberhood. I do recommend!
