It's a beautiful, fully equipped family home. The heating was a bonus at this time of year. It was as described and shown in the photos. The huge, local shopping centre had a good choice of cafés/restaurants. It was only a ten minute walk. The owners responded quickly to any queries. The tram is close by, too. I felt completely at home here, almost sad to leave it. I would definitely return here.

Excellent services and location. The tour desk is a real treasure of the hotel. They managed to book the full Alhambra tickets for us in last minute and provided excellent advice for other activities. Our trip to Granada would have been incomplete if without the hotel front desk staff.

Loved it! Can’t wait to go back!! For me, staying in a four-star hotel is somewhat of a luxury, especially on my own. King-size bed, room service… I’m definitely not used to it. This hotel offers all of this and is also very well located in the historical center of a wonderful city.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were lovely especially Fran. Gorgeous little boutique hotel and the room was beautifully arty with an outstanding bathroom. The bed was so comfortable we nearly stayed another night.

Excellent in every aspect. :) We spent only one night there, but wished we could spent more. Maybe the bed was a bit too soft for us but we slept well in it after a perfect day. I absolutely recommend the place.
