The stay at Jaz Amara exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, always with the smile and make you feel like home. The food in all restaurants was delicious, offering a big variety of dishes for every taste. Room was spacious and super clean, everyday with a sweet decoration.. Facilities were great - pool area, also for kids and the beach everything we needed. It was the perfect place for relaxed vacation.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. If there was something we were not happy about the managers were able to sort it out straight away. + Beautiful place and a lot of green and blooming plants. You can see that there are very professional gardeners + A several swimming pools + A choice of food + Animations and discos every night + A very welcome and helpful staff + The managers always available and immediately sort out everything you need

Very nice resort, the reef is awsome with large variety of fish, they even have turtles and morays. Food is good although last year it was a bit better and all meals were served at The Olive which is the nicest, this year only dinner was at The Olive. The Spa is pretty good, I had 2 massages with Shaimaa and it was a very nice.

Every thing perfect . special thx to manager Mr.Ahmed and Miss. A vacation that we will remember with enthusiasm. Luxurious hotel, beautiful, clean. Everywhere helpful staff. Excellent food. The beach a few steps from the room. "Room boy" Mohamed very helpful and kind, every day he prepared for us an animal made of towels during cleaning. Waiters on the beach and in the restaurant (we communicated the most with Amed and Ibrahim) fantastic, we were sorry to say goodbye. On the beach several lifeguards, the hotel has its own clinic, we felt safe and were in magical comfort. We will definitely come back here.

That was great experience. So far it was the best hotel among Jaz Hotels group. Good service, great food, when we had even the smallest issues they were solved immediately with additional compliments. The tennis courts are great, theu are close to real clay.

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

    It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
