The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all our needs. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is superb. We absolutely loved the SPA/Swimming pool area, it has a very warm cozy vibe. The temperature of the water in the pool was perfect, my 7 year old daughter and I have used pool at least twice a day. I've ordered a Classic massage with Ivana and it was wonderful as well. I liked the fact that hotel has a Kid's play room, it's very helpful when you travel with kids. Thank you for that! We have only positive feedback:)

Good location in a quiet neighborhood, at 5 minutes walking distance from the colonnades. Extremely helpful receptionist, provided us info on the city main objectives. The room was huge and clean, bed super comfortable, proper heating. The hotel restaurant was great, we had breakfast and dinner each day and they were delicious.

We can best describe Olympia Spa & Wellness Hotel as like a very well-appointed, cosy and comfortable home, which is actually a hotel. Very clean and tastefully appointed. The management and staff involved themselves with us as guests from the start to the end of our stay. The manager genuinely takes a keen interest in each and every guest. Our room was large, beautifully furnished and appointed. The Spa & Wellness facilities were clean, well-organised & very relaxing indeed. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced during many international trips. The manager even laid on some excellent, high-quality entertainment for the Saturday evening of our stay, which happened to be our last. Olympia Spa & Wellness provides an ideal base for a visit to Karlovy Vary.

The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom like the room itself was immaculate. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff very helpful in pointing us in the right direction to see as much as we could during our stay. We turned up during the international film festival so there was a real vibe about the place, plenty of local bars and restaurants within walking distance.
