Excellent breakfast. Nice, clean room. Excellent airconditioning. Location was perfect, next to a cosy boulevard with many restaurants. Also the hotel is placed in one of the few bays where you can swim in the sea.

Great hotel with great facilities especially for families with children. The service - a special thanks to Eva - was outstanding and we had a very pleasant stay at Pullman. The breakfast variety was more than sufficient and the hotel restaurants have a very good quality.

The boss's service and attitude were excellent. I was very satisfied with the room. It was quite clean and tidy. Unlike many other apartments, the quilts and pillows here were not yellowish. There was a balcony where I could dry my clothes. I felt very comfortable staying here. It's a hotel apartment with a high cost performance. I was recommended to come here by a friend. I will choose to stay at this hotel again when I come to Sanya next time.

Plenty of food options nearby Friendly staff Great options to keep the kids occupied Pool is great and has lovely view of Dadonghai Great diversity of Russians, Central Asians who make up the large part of the hotel clientele. Several members of staff are fluent in Russian. The family restaurant is a hidden gem with comfortable seating and is never crowded.

The location is easily accessible with a little knowledge from Sanya airport and on the 108 bus. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, selling fruit, groceries, beach clothing and coffee. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
