The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so accommodating for us. Let us store our bags while we went to some wineries. The breakfast and coffee was A +. Clean rooms. Great recommendations from the locals as well.

Hotel Hacienda is located in a historical building dating back from the early 1600. We are pleasantly surprised to see that the room has its own wonderful fireplace and it provides us with warmth and creates a cosy atmosphere. After we check-in, the manager gave us a guided tour of the facility with detailed explanation of the history. We had our breakfast as well as dinner in an historical environment and they are delicious! The inner garden provides a quiet area for relaxation and we could even see peacocks on the surrounding rooftops in the morning. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay and the entire stay was wonderful and the atmosphere couldn’t be any better!

Have a dinner at the restaurant close to the wine barrels, Take an excellent cabernet sauvignon and you will spend a great moment that will stay in your memory. Team is super friendly and efficient. Have a look at the wine store before leaving. A great moment of senses and out of time.

+ Big spacious and well equipped rooms with AC: In particular, enough chairs, little table, two suitcase racks, rack to dry cloths etc. + Very friendly and forthcoming owners: They let us cook our pasta and sauce at their house; they washed our laundry. + Delicious breakfast with egg dish, butter, jam, a bit of fruit, coffee, tee, nuts. If you visit Chile, you must visit Ruth and Vincentes lodge! The surroundings are stunning with the most beautiful gardens and views. This tranquil lodge was purpose built 25 years and the love and care of all the fine details are evident. The hospitality goes above and beyond form the moment you book, throughout your stay, up until the sad goodbye. As with all reviews re the food, it is exceptional. My husband is a keen cook and we bought one of Ruth‘s cook books before we left the U.K. which made us even more keen to come and visit here. We are planning another trip to Chile within the next 18 months and a stay at the lodge will be the first thing we book.
