The best thing is the world class hospitality by the staff. They are awesome, kind, and helpful. Always greet you with a smile. The second thing is the location, just in front of the station Wakedorf. The third thing is the very happening common area. It is fun to have drinks, play games, and nice big teddy to cuddle.

Rooms very clean and spacious, staff very friendly, easily reachable from the main train station with a bus within a few minutes (don't make a mistake like us to already buy several bern tickets - our stay entitled us to a Bern Ticket from the hotel), WiFi worked perfectly, nice kitchen with a fridge, enough closets. Great communication with the hotel also before the journey.

My family and I we had a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities are really nice, we especially appreciated the lovely garden/patio, a very pleasant space to enjoy the nice weather and have a cup of coffee. The hotel is not that close to the Old Town, in our case since it was rather hot and we were with senior people we uber there, easy and not too expensive, but you can easily walk since is not more than 20 minutes away. Breakfast was OK, not too many options in terms of hot food but it does.the job. Nothing really to complain about La Pergola, we would come back for sure!
