Excellent location in a natural paradise. The town is close by but no noise is heard around the compound other than the waving of the lake's water. Staff was very helpful and food was just great. Accommodation is rustic but that's what one comes here for at the end of the day. Easy transportation from Ouidah.

If you come from Lome and travel into Benin or if you are looking for a beach hide out, this is the best place. Nice, comfortable, clean, directly on the beach, and with supreme staff. Breakfast is delicious and even if there is no shop or restaurant, they will get everything fixed for you. I rarely give a 10, but this one is worth it.

This was the best value accommodation we've had in west Africa. Layo is an excellent host. He gave us lots of information. It was a short walk to the Basilica, the python temple and some art galleries. The area is quiet. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable.
