The family hotel NOA IS EXCELLENT! It’s new, Maria arranged barrier access to the big North Car Park in Nesebar in advance! There was a coffee/tea/water station at reception. She also arranged someone to take our luggage up the steps to the hotel entrance( as it is located in the old town. We will be back again- it’s fab!

Excellent experience! It was our first time in Bulgaria. Travelled with my daughter, the location of the hotel is really good, close to shopping facilities and the beaches are just walking distance. Our stay was fantastic! The staff is amazing, and the view is stunning, especially from the outdoor pool. The rooms have high ceilings, so you don’t feel like you’re in a shoebox, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and beautiful, featuring a large shower. The food was excellent, even for a picky eater like myself. If you have dietary restrictions or follow a specific diet, you’ll find plenty of options. The drinks weren’t the best, but there was always something to enjoy. On the other hand, the coffee was unexpectedly good! The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service area with drinks and sandwiches, which is perfect if you get hungry late at night or between meals. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely be back!

    certainly a very special holiday venue. Nessebar is a world heritage site that delivers a wonderful view back in time, with great restaurants and hotels in a walkable, almost free of any traffic area. Prices vary considerably in some of the restaurants, so care is needed. There are many different retail outlets selling everything from cheap souvenirs to expensive luxury leather goods. There are nice, quiet beaches. If a less tranquil time is required, there is a waterbus to Sunny Beach every half an hour from the waterfront.

    Nesebar it's lovely.

    Nesebar it's lovely. A perfect mix of beaches to rest, tan, get into the water. Also, walking around the new and old city that are very well kept, makes me feel that I must comeback. Nice breeze, so you don't feel very hot.

    Great old town with a harbour & narrow streets lined with local shops, bars & restaurants. Cobbled streets everywhere so wear flat comfortable shoes. Across the bridge is the newer part with more residential area’s & restaurants

    Nesebar - old town is worth visiting.

    Nesebar - old town is worth visiting. If you can find a place to stay there, do it. You will immerse in the unique atmosphere of this beautiful small peninsula rich in ancient historical buildings, churches, and artifacts. Local people are very hospitable and genuinely friendly. If you stay in the town, just a 15 min walk on the bridge will take you to the Old town.

    Nesebar is an absolute gem on the Bulgarian coast! The town is rich in history, with beautiful cobblestone streets, ancient ruins, and stunning sea views at every turn. The blend of old and new makes it a unique destination, with plenty of cozy cafes, local shops, and beaches to enjoy. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the sunsets are simply breathtaking.     The staff were so welcoming and happy… all of them… this created such a lovely environment. We were able to check in early as we’re traveling out of season. Great view from our balcony. Big room. Good bathroom with a shower door!!! ( unusual in Bulgaria). Plenty of banana lounges. Everything so clean and looked after. Nice beach in front. Great breakfast selection. Nice little extras provided ( eg little afternoon tea snack at reception). Car parking right out the front. Walking distance to Old Nessebar.

    Great location: 5–10 minutes to the beach and 15–20 minutes to the Old Town. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff — we arrived early in the morning, expecting only to leave our luggage, but they kindly gave us a room right away — a big thanks for that! Convenient restaurant in the lobby, open all day, with a 10% discount for hotel guests. Shops, cafés, and a vegetable stall nearby. I think I would stay there again if I came back

    This was the perfect place to explore Nessebar Old Town. The room was big, cleaned daily with bottled water/tea/coffee refreshments & had a lovely view onto the bay. The staff were so lovely, especially Krasi who went above & beyond in helping me organise transport to another city & checked in with me after my stay to make sure I arrived at the next place safely. 100% recommend this hotel to all!

    The apartment had everything you needed and more. Thoughtful touches made it a wonderful stay. Clean and newly renovated and a short distance to the old town. The owners helped with any questions I had which made our stay more relaxed as first time in Bulgaria. It was a pleasure to stay here.

    Swimming pool was nice and open long enough. The hotel is very close to the public beach. It is also the stop for the train-like vehicle that departs from Old Town Nesebar. Market is very close. Rooms were clean and quite. It is a peaceful hotel.
