Located in the middle of nowhere with beautiful views over the fens from restaurant and rooms. Great place to really chill. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. Good and extensive a la carte menu. The beer tasting is highly recommended! Lovely breakfast with fresh products.

Absolutely stunning place! Staff were impeccable, very accommodating and friendly. The hotel chef was an amazing host. The hotel restaurant was very pleasant too (though I only tasted a main dish, got there a bit late). Everything was very clean, good bed and great room. Perfect stay! What a great hotel in the middle of Malmedy. Vincent, Mathieu and the rest of the team were all so lovely and helpful. They catered to our every request and we could not have been happier. They made our stay here truly magical. If you are staying here for the Belgian GP, the hotel has a shuttle service that is absolutely perfect for going to and from the Grand Prix. The breakfast and the food at the restaurant is amazing, and the room had everything we needed. We will definitely be back, thank you!

    Super nice and friendly host. Ideally located for exploring Reinhardstein, Hautes Fagnes, and more - walking distance for the lake that's great for swimming and family fun. Spacious room (we stayed at the suite with balcony) equipped with 2 small kitchens. Ideal for travelling with family. We really enjoyed the green area next to the hotel - our kids enjoyed just running around. Good breakfast that you could also take away for a picnic. I would definitely choose this hotel next time we stay in that area.

    Quite environment (the hotel is in a small countryside village, with balcons overseeing a green lawn and a meadow behind). Spatious room with small table, small living room and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast is good (it includes an orange juice, American coffee, 2 small breads served with butter, fruit jelly, ham and cheese, 2 pastries (croissant and chocolate couque).

    We had a stunning room with a great terrace overlooking the lake. The spa is lovely though the sauna was out of order during our visit, however we were gifted with one free access to the spa once I had raised this point upon checking out, which we appreciated. The decoration in the hotel is also lovely, and the food in the restaurant was really tasty.
