The facilities were clean, the common spaces indoor and outdoor were extremely relaxing and comfortable. There were a lot of outdoor areas, smoking and non-smoking. Landscaping was beautiful. Dogs welcome, for a fee. Onsite parking. Breakfast area was well-stocked with hot and cold items plus there was a honor bar with snacks, beer, soda.

Firstly, I would like to thank Eleni for making me feel comfortable from the very beginning. She was very kind, helpful and attentive. Secondly, I must say this is one of the greatest hotels I have stayed in Belgium. It has it all: location in the city center, it's super clean, beautifly designed and well equipped. Loved the Self check-in process. So easy and fast. Loved the location because of the closeness to the bus stop and stores. I had to go to KU Leuven and took bus number 616 or 2, both work. Very easy! Loved the iron and the table, I was able to iron my clothing. It’s so close from the main train station you can walk 10 min and you are there. Everything about this place was perfection!

Cosy and comfortable. Rooms are quiet and ours at least was very spacious. Travel back in time a bit and enjoy a bygone era but with the comfort of a good mattress and contemporary plumbing. There's a cosy back yard, or should I call it a garden, where you have an excellent breakfast outside, weather permitting. And Carmen gave us all the assistance and advice she could think of. Highly recommended and worth every penny.
