This place is beautiful clean and new! Amazing location , the bath is perfect! The room and view is amazing. The host is so generous that in the fridge we received wine,beer and more! Breakfast was amazing! They catered to our special requests of vegan and vegetarians and made such a yummi variety, to accommodate our special requests! Highly recommend this.place!

everything was fine. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was very good, the rooms were very clean and good. And Aziza is close to the city center. Just 10 min. walk. We are so happy for the stay. AND Sarajevo is a great town.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel is very confortable, very close to the old town (5 min walk), clean and has good quality/price. The room was clean and reasonably big (had hair dryer too). Breakfast was good (mainly continental, with both cold and cooked food), they served bosnian coffee too. The main plus is the staff: they’ve all been kind and helpful before we arrived (always replied super quickly to our texts and accomodated all our requests/needs) and during our stay. They even offer late check out when they heard we had a late flight. The hotel is highly recommended.

Everything was great! Hospitable staff, perfect cleanliness, beautiful, delicious! Thanks to the hotel staff for creating such a wonderful atmosphere for our stay. The location, food, interior design, and cleanliness were all excellent. The rooms smelled pleasant, and the reception staff always greeted us with a smile and were quick to assist.
