Really nice small town. Trains and buses near by. Awesome indoor and outdoor swimming pools, great for children. Gondola near by and if you stay at least 2 nights in St. Johann you get 1 free gondola up and down on the Guest card. Which you can use for free buses and trains in the region and some accommodations have free daily access to the swimming pool. Johann is kind of in the center of all the places you want to go. A great place for those who love an exciting mountain environment. The environment is diverse, everyone can find routes of suitable style and difficulty. The memory foam beds were super comfortable after a long day of skiing. The apartment was very quiet and far from the street. The showers had lots of pressure and seemingly unlimited hot water. Although small, the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was right next to a large grocery store and a block from the shopping district. A bus stop was nearby too. It’s a very well maintained house with a charming style and modern facilities, like a very inviting wellness area. The guy at the reception was exceptional friendly and supportive. In the price included was a 2-day ticket for local public transportation (wow!). I also enjoyed a very delicious dinner and fabulous breakfast (also included).
