Great location, right in the city center. The breakfasts were excellent – the gentleman serving them was very kind and did a fantastic job. The breakfast restaurant was clean, beautiful, and truly pleasant. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and very comfortable – everything was just perfect. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely return. It’s a high-quality, classy hotel in Yerevan.

We really, really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. A new, cozy, modern hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including a robe and slippers. The balcony overlooking the river gave us many pleasant moments over morning coffee and evening tea. Special thanks go to the staff of this hotel, very friendly, intelligent, always smiling, which made our stay even more comfortable. The ideal solution of the hotel management was to provide a transfer to the city center. I would like to separately thank the staff on the day of check-in for the help they provided on the day of check-in. Thank you for your holiday.

Having stayed there for a full week, I can confidently discuss its merits. Armenians are often described as hospitable, energetic, and friendly. You can expect to experience all these qualities at the House Hotel. The reception staff are multilingual. They were consistently eager to answer questions and provide information about Yerevan, its restaurants, and historical sites. Moreover, they showed a genuine interest in our well-being by offering thoughtful recommendations and guidance to prevent any potential inconvenience. The hotel's interior is cosy, bright, and minimalistic in its design. The rooms are pristine, with a brand-new bathroom free of any unpleasant odours. Additionally, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The courteous female employees politely inquired about our schedules to ensure consistent cleaning. They even made innovative adjustments to their breakfast offerings, using fresh ingredients and homemade dishes to accommodate our dietary preferences. Above all, their enthusiasm and pride in their work were evident. To conclude, this is an excellent, value-for-money hotel, and its exceptional staff will ensure that you have a pleasant stay and make the most of your trip.
