So many guest houses in Armenia are so unique and special. This one is particularly great. I recommend you try it to see what I mean. One big bonus on these cold winter evenings is that they have a sauna. You can have your own private sauna session for 5000 per hour. The sauna room has a Sauna, cold water plunge pool, shower, toilet and table and comfortable seats. So you can really relax there. And, they will bring you drinks if you want too. The place is overall very good value too. With my room, I also had a livingroom with sofa, 2 arm chairs and my own bathroom and my own entrance and balcony. It was a truly luxurious experience at an affordable price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hello! Our whole family spent Christmas and New Year holidays in this house. For those who want to see Armenia from the inside and visit all the most interesting tourist places, it is difficult to imagine a more successful location. Excellent location, beautifull view, very friendly host. Really big house with four bedrooms, large living space and amazing veranda which we liked the most. Secluded area, no big shops around. But you can buy everything you need at a small shop and bakery nearby. Some kitchen items were missing and immediately provided by the host. Thank you Azat, we were happy to stay at your house!

Amazing luxurious hotel in Sevan. Our room was huge, spotless and very well furnished. The entire structure is brand new and provides guests with every confort, including a swimming pool. The staff was really nice and helpful, giving us extra information regarding restaurants and touristic highlights. The owner greeted us in the morning, offered us a coffee and spent some time giving us useful tips for the rest of our holiday.

My room was actually a small apartment with a bathroom and kitchen. The hotel is located right at the lake shore and has its own beach facilities. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. It's worth keeping in mind that the nearest grocery shop is almost 2 km away, but the hosts will gladly cook meals for you at affordable prices. The nature is the area is just amazing!
