We absolutely loved our 3 nights at Kandalama Lodge. The staff are amazing and spoilt us especially Madushan i.e. Crazy ... Who over delivered in all aspects. Rooms are lovely and better than in photos. Outdoor bathroom fabulous. We ate in each night as the quality and presentation of our meals was exceptional. Pool area so clean and inviting. We really didn't want to leave as we felt so loved especially a birthday cake magically appeared

Location, off the main road. Amazing if you like somewhere a bit quieter, away from the tourist hubbub, but still accessible. 20-min walk to the Rock. Some tuk-tuks ask for more to drive them down the back street road. We just asked them to drop us off at the main road entrance and walked from there. Breakfast - sensational. Five stars. Home cooked coconut rotis and hoppers. Fresh, served at your selected time. But now the star of the show: Property Manager, Fernando, is a hospitality king. Waiting up late for us, to greet us with great welcome and ensure we had booked all of our drivers/activities for the next day. Making sure we were getting the best rates for our tours and tuk-tuks. Whatever we needed, Fernando delivered. He even tried to give us back our tip! But he deserved every penny. If you're reading Fernando, sir, thank you so much!!

We had an amazing stay in Srigriya! Everything was perfect—cozy and felt just like home. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Anil and his family were incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. The warm atmosphere and their genuine care made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!
