The location of Island bungalow is perfect- just about 8-10 minutes walk from the ferry port. And what made our experience even more enjoyable were the hosts, Rocky and Uli; they were polite, friendly, super helpful, and just simply perfect. There is a rabbit cottage, and I had the chance to see a 4-year-old kit (adorable kit). Room is also spacious and had everything we needed. The bungalow has its own bicycles, which you get for the entire day for 150 rupees, so you don't have to get one from the guys around La digue with strict/tight time limit to bring the bicycles back. A simple and decent breakfast is also included to start your day right. I will definitely book Island bungalow again when I visit La digue and highly recommend to all.

La Digue Island Lodge has its own diving centre on Anse Reunion Beach. A sun terrace overlooking the ocean sits by the pool with swim-up bar.

Super place. Very friendly staff, good location on the paradise island! We had very good time there. I left my wallet in the room, they called me, and sent it to Mahé for free. Huge large mega thanks to Kamal!

We were truly amazed by this house! The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The home itself was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We may have been there at an unfortunate time, as there was work being done outside the residence, but it wasn't able to ruin our stay. The house is extremely pretty, and comfortable, the stairs are steep but our young son managed perfectly. The best part of the stay was the owner, he truly wears his heart on his sleeve, he is extremely kind and helpful. The first night we arrived, completely unprepared, he took out the barbecue for us and lent us his coal, as well as basicaly cooking it for us. Another night, he had prepared a local dish for us, which was a delightful surprise, and such a lovely gesture, as well as bringing us a lovely fresh fish, and freshly plucked bananas in the morning. The other staff was also extremely freindly and welcoming. If I could give more stars on the staff, I would. I really recommend this residency for family trips and more.

Great location, calm and with beautiful gardens. The little extras on arrival already in the chalet were welcomed , coffee, tea, sugar and water. The beach is just across the road.

These little house are amazing Very peaceful environment The owner also has some cats,dogs and bunnies in the garden which we really loved The bungalow was very comfortable and clean Also the property has a big garden and a nice terrace to relax in the evening Please bring some cat food with you for your stay 😊

The place is uniquely located in the heart of the island. The villas are at open air keeping you very in touch with nature. The area of the villa hosts the secret garden with several animals rescued during years (such a giant bat and big turtles) and with two amazing view points to have a 360 degrees perspective of La Digue surroundings. Gerard is a great host always able to give fantastic tips to discover the unconventional La Digue. The staff is very nice and the food was AMAZING!
