The property was very clean and colourful and was in a great location. It was near to 4 national parks and next to the beach. The property was very natural and a perfect place to relax after a few days travelling around Sri Lanka.

This was such a nice stay. The host made us feel incredibly welcomed. The property is located just beside a large lake so you can go explore during the day. We went for a morning safari that was arranged by the property host which we loved! When it comes to the food: An amazing Sri Lankan breakfast which we couldn’t even finish. We also opened for 2 dinners made by them and these were restaurant quality meals that we just didn’t expect! Definitely ask for your dinner to be served there, you will not regret! (Sorry I wasn’t able to take better pictures:) )

Nice glamping in quality tent, very private and not overlooked. Attentive staff. Excellent safari was provided with a good car and very experienced and knowledgeable driver. Very tasty breakfast and luch packet (safari) with a tasty curry consisting of many components.

The place is really well located close to the gate of the Yala sanctuary. It was very clean and comfortable. The management communicated with us very well before the beginning of our stay. On site staff were very proffessional and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, the bbq was amazing. You wake up to the song of million birds and perhaps get to see some peafowl near the pool. The place has such a relaxing atmosphere that we would go back in a hearbeat.

The room was very clean and big, with AC. Near to Yala national park. Very quiet at night, with a nice atmosphere and good options to have dinner by walk. The host, Malinga, was very kind: ready to counsel us and take us to great places. He offers a taxi service, so is a good option to go there from your previous location or go with him to your next destination in your trip.

What a special place surrounded by nature. The room (family room) was well proportioned and well furnished. The indoor out door bathroom was quite unique - we loved it! Breakfast was a lovely mix of western and Sri Lankan, I loved the breakfast curry 🥘 A lovely swimming pool overlooking the local rice fields was a welcome treat in the heat of the afternoon. A perfect destination for couples and families a like.

This is the most worthwhile hotel on our Sri Lanka trip! The photos cannot fully capture the comfort and beauty of the hotel! The wooden cottage we lived in was located in the forest and was very comfortable! The hotel and the other side of Jetwing Yala share a buffet and beach bar. The staff is very friendly! No matter what our needs are, the staff comes to serve us immediately. The food at Jungle Hotel is delicious! This is definitely a place worth coming back to!

The food was delicious, and Jula, who manages the house, was both precise and friendly. Dimuthu and his family were attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs.
