FranceThe Ger Camp was situated in the national park and was small and very friendly. The family who run it were so helpful and lovely. The food was home cooked which was what we loved, hearty Mongolian soups and stews.
The facilities were spotlessly clean, and the showers were hot and powerful.
The visits to the Chengis Khan Monument and the Temple were all sorted by the family, we were met at the airport on arrival and driven to the Ger Camp via the Monument and they also drove us to the Temple. We opted for the visit to the nomad family which was interesting and we were able to experience some typical Mongolian food such as mares milk cheese and drink and milk curds. They suggested some walks we could do from the camp and we enjoyed those, the views were spectacular. I would definitely go back to the camp and would recommend it to anyone.
