Great location! Close to the metro and everything in the centre. The room is heated which is perfect for the colder nights. Hot shower works perfectly. Hosts are extremely kind and helpful. Wi-fi works great. The additional breakfast is definitely worth it. Definitely stay here when in Santiago!

The location was good, everything was clean, very comfy up in the kitchen in living room, staff were so lovely and the rooftop area was amazing with the view on sunset!!

Very clean, really nice place. Huge windows with good views of the area. Pretty close to a metro station and a number of restaurants. We walked form the hotel to the Costanera, Sculpture Park, and up to the cable cars. Kindly held our bags for us for the day after we checked out. Professional staff happy to help us. Check in easy. Hot showers, good heating and cooling system. Comfortable bed.

Very nice and comfortable rooms - very clean overall . I missed some amenities in the room which I think should come 'as a standard' and I missed a kettle / water cooker. While the room has a coffee maker - this is not a making a nice hot cup of coffee or tea. Rather move back to an effective cooker than a 'fancy' coffee unit that does not 'do the job'. When you stay in this hotel do visit the 17th floor at sunset for stunning views over the Andes mountain range!

Excelent since the booking. Had a feed back of my requests in less than 24h. First time ever. And when got there, it was just perfect.  Very helpful team which made all the difference. Special thanks to Monica, Catalina and Raul. Very well located. Quiet. Impeccable cleaning. Mattress and pillows comfortable - though high. Comfortable bedding. Good hot shower. Breakfast could have more options but its possible to become perfect with extra charge. And great Bistrot downstairs. Definitely a regular customer from now on.

Great location in Bellavista, staff were helpful at check in and check out. Lovely outdoor areas and breakfast was made fresh to order. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Filtered water on arrival was a nice touch and saved us a late night trip to get water!

Superb hotel in a beautiful area of the city. Lovely room, great breakfast and friendly staff. Beautiful roof terrace with bar and restaurant (excellent food & cocktails). Amazing pool area with fantastic views and sunsets. Great vibe at night. Walking distance to many local restaurants. You can also walk to or from the hotel to the gondola station on San Cristóbal Hill. We had a very early flight when leaving so we were provided with a picnic breakfast which we ordered the night before. Highly recommended

Well located, professional and friendly reception staff, room absolutely fine with an especially comfortable bed. Spacious outdoor courtyard area with nice set up of lounge sofas and chairs as well as poolside sun beds. The cafe with indoor and outside seating looked great but we didn’t get to try it. Just an overall nice deco and vibe to this hotel. After doing a lot of research to find the right place to stay in huge Santiago we were very happy with our choice of accommodation for two nights.
