Beautifully done apartment with views of the mountains in a lovely village. Fantastic kitchen with good facilities, lovely big bathroom with nice bath and hot shower. Lovely big table and loads of comfy living room space.

Perfect location, the mountain view, clean and large enough apartment for us three, perfect parking. Very nice owner, whenever we needed something, she helped us, gave us the baking paper..., and prepared also small desert for us :-) . We would be happy to come again.

The staff was friendly, nature around the guesthouse is gorgeous. The mosquito nets on the windows kept the mosquitos out. The balcony was quite mice.

The hosts were an incredibly friendly family. We spent a week in the coziest corner of Austria, with unforgettable sunsets and views from the window. Upon arrival, we were given tourist discount cards, which was a nice bonus. The accommodation is fully equipped for a long stay, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking, with plenty of dishes for a family of four.

We stayed in the apartment for 5 days and enjoyed every moment. In reality the apartment looks more beautiful than the pictures, every room has a beautiful view. It is comfortable, big and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with modern equipment. There are mosquito nets on the windows. The hostess is nice and kind when we asked for things she brought us and advised on trips in the area. We highly recommend the place

The apartament was just perfect! Located in the quiet, peaceful area, with beautiful views, yet close to the nearest town - Saalfelden (walking distance). The Host was very nice and helpful. The appartament was very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated also a sofa, a big wardrobe and two terraces with mountain view - it was very nice to seat on one of them and enjoy the sunset. And a big bathroom with both shower cabin and a bathtube was an advantage.

We’ve stayed in this complex before. It’s 10-15 min walk to Zell am See ski lifts, about 40 min by bus to Kaprun glacier and 5 min to the wonderful lake. Snow capped mountains or lake can be seen from every room. Nice big verandah also.

Amazing location near to the lifts. Very friendly staff, especially Czech girls at the breakfast. We had a halfboard and the dinner was very delicious (starter, main food and desert). I would say it was the best food we ever had at the hotel. Breakfast was also very tasty. Wellness area is perfect. We had a panorama room which was modern, new and clean with amazing view from the bed. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much and we will definetely come back.
